Those of you that have followed the
Glorious Dregs for
any amount of time probably couldn't help but notice the seemingly ever
changing set of band members sharing the stage
with front man David White. Since the band started in 2003, they
have had 3 different drummers and bassists and 5 different acoustic
guitarists. This constant state of change has made it difficult
for the band to record a proper follow-up to
Nothing New. Rather than wait
for the lineup to stabilize, we decided to go ahead and release
what we had. Consisting of 6 songs from an aborted album attempt
and 4 bonus tracks, this cobbled together album sounds much more
complete and cohesive than we anticipated and is already the band’s best
and most successful effort to date. The single Left Behind
steadily climbed the charts at
Uncle Samoo’s Zoo,
peaking at #2.
